Hamptons House That
Appeared on HBO’s ‘Succession’
Sells for $45 Million

A Hamptons estate that appeared in a recent episode of HBO’s “Succession” has sold for $45 million, according to Cody Vichinsky of Bespoke Real Estate—the brokerage that represented the buyer and seller in the deal. The 11,000 square foot residence features a distinctive triangular roof and a pool that mimics the shape of the roofline.

Designed by architect Roger Ferris, the contemporary home in the town of Southampton, N.Y., will have five bedrooms when completed in 2023, said Cody Vichinsky, president and co-founder of listing brokerage Bespoke Real Estate.
